We Put Our Members First
Main Line Gym offers a wide range of services so that our members can choose the right pathway to success. These services range from a traditional open-access gym membership, to custom formatted training plans, to hybrid personal training, to private 1 to 1 instruction. What makes us unique is our approach to getting you the results you are looking for. Everything starts with the relationships we build. The foundation of what we do is built on putting our members first and assessing where they are starting from today, so that we can guide them in the right direction for success.
Once we are able to learn more about your starting point, the process is simple: we work together to design a plan that fits your budget and works best for you, our coaches keep you accountable to show up and put the work in, and we meet to re-evaluate your progress every 6-8 weeks to keep you on track. So many gyms today claim to offer the “next big thing” in fitness. We offer what works: personalization, structure, accountability, and consistency. Stick to the basics, show up, work hard, and build on your successes a little bit week to week so that little changes, transform into big results over time.

All of our service tiers include access to our facility and trainers while you complete your workouts on the floor. Many of our services include an initial fitness assessment, as well as a nutrition strategy session with one of our coaches, as well as 6-week progress check in’s. Whether you are looking for simple gym access, an all inclusive personalized fitness & nutrition plan, or a private training experience, we’ve got you covered.

Cody Loeffler
Owner & Coach
Cody is the Co-Owner of Main Line Gym, where Chester County and The Main Line works out! Cody has been coaching, personal training, and providing individualized training and nutrition plans for both his members and personal clients since 2011. He most enjoys being able to reach every individual he works with by pushing them to their greatest potential, while watching them grow in all aspects of their lives, celebrating their achievements, and developing long lasting relationships with members and clients that span far beyond the walls of the gym.



Emily Loeffler
Owner & Coach
Emily is a Co-Owner of Main Line Gym. She found her love of training at a young age when she started researching plyometrics as a volleyball player, in order to train herself to be able to jump higher and reach her hands over the net. Seeing the results of her methods eventually help her to earn a volleyball scholarship at West Chester University, Emily's passion for fitness was born. This same passion is what drives her desire to help our members overcome their personal challenges and reach their goals today.
