Main Line Gym offers a wide range of services so that our members can choose the right pathway to success. These services range from a traditional open-access gym membership, to custom formatted training plans, to hybrid personal training, to private 1 to 1 instruction. What makes us unique is our approach to getting you the results you are looking for. Everything starts with the relationships we build. The foundation of what we do is built on putting our members first and assessing where they are starting from today, so that we can guide them in the right direction for success.
Once we are able to learn more about your starting point, the process is simple: we work together to design a plan that fits your budget and works best for you, our coaches keep you accountable to show up and put the work in, and we meet to re-evaluate your progress every 6-8 weeks to keep you on track.
